Hi, I’m Phil Knott, I have been in the automotive service industry since leaving school and I have been involved in technical and training publications for over 25 years.

My working life started as an automotive technician, where I became a very skilled and competent senior technician. Over the years in the workshop and dealership environment I learnt many valuable life skills, one such skill was clear communication.

I moved into the automotive technical publication sector, where I then learnt how to become a technical author and technical training developer.

In this new environment, I created owner handbooks, quick start guides, workshop manuals, labour times, technical publications, technical training, apprentice training material, eLearning (and much much more) for many manufacturers and well-known businesses.

My team and I are dedicated to making our customers 100% happy!
